I have a 5th Gen iPad Pro 12.9 that the batter is literally draining to dead when I dont use it. The touch doesn’t work but the device still works with keyboard and mouse. Any help would help thanks.

Do note, is there is damage to the device, they may decline simply replacing the battery, and instead replace the entire device for the out of warranty replacement price.
Then take it in to an Apple Store to get it checkout out and diagnosed. It may be an internal issue.
They can tell you your options.

If it's out of warranty and the touch screen doesn't work, it's most likely a hardware fault. Apple doesn't do any kind of repairs to iPads to return them to customers, with perhaps a limited models where they might actually replace the battery.

That’s what me and my dad think, a motherboard issue, causing the touch issue and battery issue too
