Theres a grey-ish green pixel on my iPhone 11 that wont go away no matter what I do.

I already restarted my phone and took a screenshot and it doesn't show the pixel on my screenshot. It is really apparent in dark mode and annoys me every time I use my phone.

I already had this happen another time when I had a purple pixel on my screen. I took it to the Apple store and they replaced my screen. It's been about 2 months and happened again, but now it's not purple, but a grey pixel on my screen.

Is there anything I can do?
