Dolby atmos is not there in settings

Hi i am using an iphone 13 with lates ios. In music settings there is no option for dolby atmos, can anyone tell me wether i need apple music subscription to use dolby atmos

iPhone 13, iOS 16

Yes, you do need a sub: Listen to Dolby Atmos music on iPhone – Apple Support (AU)
