When adding a bookmark to a favorites list, it is placed at the bottom of the list. Is there an option to place new bookmarks at the top of the list?

There is no way currently to add a new bookmark to the top of the list. It only allows movement after added. This would be a great feature to have and I suggest sending in Feedback to Apple. All it would take would be a switch in settings to add bookmarks at beginning or end.
