iPhone acting sort of like an iPad

iPhone acting sort of like an iPad; can text/call/ft iPhones with/without wifi but can’t send code to (re)add phone number, can’t make/receive phone calls/texts to android or other numbers.. eSIM profile “Business” (that was added by the Xfinity agent) can’t be removed and service bars are all greyed out yet shows xfinity LTE.. I’ve done everything right up to even erasing my iPhone and it keeps doing this… help!
