Solution to iPhone SE 2022 Not Vibrating On Mute

I recently discovered why my new iPhone SE (3rd generation, 2022) was not vibrating when I used the ring/mute switch in the top left corner. I thought it was a hardware malfunction so I took it to the Apple Store. The Genius Bar guy diagnosed it, then replaced my iPhone. I made sure that it vibrated on mute before I left the Apple Store to go to my mobile service provider to activate my new iPhone with my same phone number. When I returned home to restore my iPhone backup from my MacBook Pro, I noticed the next day that it no longer vibrated when people texted me. After testing a few settings, I concluded that the error must have come from the iOS 16.4.1 update. The update seemed to have different Sounds & Haptics settings from the previous update. I tell you this story for anyone who has the same error and searches for a solution on Google.
