Apple Music “An Error Occurred”

I used to be able to see people’s Apple Music profile when public. Now when I press on someone’s profile I receive the black screen and message saying “An Error Occurred Try Again” this happens only on my IPhone (up to date). I was able to solve this problem before by creating a new Icloud account but the issue has returned. I tried signing out, signing back in, and restarting the device but no success. Any ideas how to solve this issue?
