Thanks for the help...have been through the path of using icloud download from windows store. Not working / (install error) for contacts and calendars. Using outlook 365 and Windows 11 pc. Heard that icloud original download from apple site might fix issue. Have tried most everything else to get the icloud contacts and calendars to install.
disregard the initial links because installing .appx outside of Microsoft store involves installing a program called app installer, by Microsoft, outside of the Microsoft store which can easily been done through powershell but it's a bit more lengthy so this link should be find for direct icloud download.
