If you are asking how you can update your iPhone 6 Plus to iOS 13, the answer is that you can't. The iPhone 6 Plus cannot be upgraded past iOS 12.5.7/

If you have an iPhone 6 Plus, it cannot be updated beyond iOS 12.5.7. There is nothing anyone can do about that. If you need a later version of iOS, you'll need to buy a newer phone.
