Restoring Downloads folder files deleted by Viber.

Dear Apple Community,

I opened the Viber app which did an automatic update and it somehow emptied my “Downloads” folder. Deleted files are not in the Bin. I was using the computer for more around 30 minutes and downloaded one file of about 400mb. After that I shut it down and turned it on for 2 minutes to check if files returned, but since they did not - i putted it off again. My computer is MacBook Air 2019. I dont have TimeMachine backup. Is there some way to return the deleted files? In the Bin i have older deleted files, and those somehow just disappeared without going to the Bin.
