How do I safely clear the low-energy Bluetooth cache for my iPhone 7?

There is no button that can delete your "Bluetooth Cache" You can see your connected devices here Settings → Bluetooth. Tap on each one you want to remove and select Forget this Device.
If you have Bluetooth devices connected that are NOT listed. For example, HomeKit accessories, then you must remove it from the Home app, or from the app that is connected to the device.
For example, I have Eve Energy in my house. They are connected via Bluetooth and HomeKit - after restarting my iPhone, they appear in my Bluetooth list, and shortly afterwards they disappear from the Bluetooth list. These devices must be removed from the Home app. Alternatively, I have to reset the device itself, and then they won't pop up in the Bluetooth list unless I "pair" them again.
