So I forgot my passcode and erased my iPhone. Now I need my old passcode to get my end to end encrypted data I don’t want to loose is there anyway to retrieve that old passcode?

No unfortunately not, if you don't have it(the passcode) or the data saved locally anywhere.
The encryption is tied to the passcode.
