Hey Unip1,

Just to be sure you’re looking in the right place, this page of the iPhone User Guide shows you how to use Haptic feedback (vibrations) so you can feel what your iPhone is doing: Change iPhone sounds and vibrations - Apple Support

To turn on System Haptics, you’ll need to scroll to the bottom of the screen.

If those settings are not showing on your iPhone, you’ll need to reinstall iOS. Before you do so, please create a fresh backup to keep your data and information safe: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Once you’ve secured a fresh backup, these are the steps and includes using Finder or iTunes: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support. When you're presented with options, please choose "Update" and not “Restore”.

If you accidentally choose Restore instead, this is what the backup is for. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

If you’re uncomfortable performing these steps on your own, feel free to reach out to Apple Support to lead you through them. However, you’ll want to use a different phone to contact them: Get Support

Feel free to get back to us with any questions or problems you may have.

All the best.
