iTunes unknown error 13010
The iTunes application could not be opened. An unknown error occurred (13010)
iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

I have tried the "remove the Genius library trick" several times now, but I still get the error 13010. If it makes a difference, before I had this problem, iTunes claimed to not be able to save my regular library file due to read/write restrictions. But I've verified the read/write access on the external drive where I keep the files. Any help on this would be very much appreciated.
That worked, thanks
Just found this post. Can't believe how easy the fix was. Worked for me too. THANKS.
This isn't working for me. Tried erasing those two files and it did recreate them, but I'm still getting this error message. This only started happening since the last update to iTunes. What else can I try?
Thanks, that worked!
It's not working on my macbook.
It always recreats the file when I start iTunes.
What else can I do?
