Creating a auto updating Loved playlist

I want to create a loved playlist that keeps on updating when I mark a song as loved. I tried making a smart playlist but it doesn't seem to work. I think you have to purchase songs through the Apple iTunes store and have to mark them as loved to see songs in the smart playlist (I haven't purchased songs, I use apple music). The songs I like In Apple Music doesn't get added to the list, is there something I'm doing wrong?

I'm using Itunes from windows to run the whole thing
