Log in problem? Forgotten answers to security questions and second e-mail been deleted/erased?

Hi,

I have an Apple ID that had second e-mail as a security option to retrieve a new password. This e-mail account has been deleted and unfortunately I cannot remember my answers to the 2 security questions.

Is there any other way to be able to open my Apple ID so that I can continue using it or do I need to create a new account which means that I will not get the apps and purchases that I have made earlier?

Anyone who has some information about similar case?

Sincerely,

Ville

Hi Ville,

welcome to the Apple (user-to-user) Community.

Re: "Log in problem? Forgotten answers to security questions"

As most people are using two-factor authorisation now, not many accounts will still have security questions.

If this helps you recover your account, you may want to update it to the newer authentication method:
