You might want to check your iPhone has the most recent iOS update:

About iOS 16 Updates - Apple Support says iOS 16.4.1 is the newest.

The date and time is generally set automatically:

Turn on Set Automatically in Settings > General > Date & Time

If your device shows an incorrect date, time, or time zone, you can change each setting manually instead of using Set Automatically.
