Issue in changing apple store country

I have recently moved from ksa to Malaysia, I’ve been trying to change my apple store from ksa to malasyia but everytime after i change it and try to download any app, it says *your account is not valid for use in the Malaysian store* and takes me back to ksa’s apple store, can anyone tell me a solution
