Battery health of Macbook Air
My Macbook Air dropped by 10% battery health at 120 cycles in less than a year. Is this normal?

It's not abnormal. Read Get help with your Mac laptop battery - Apple Support.
Battery health does not diminish at anything resembling a linear rate. It may even increase from time to time, but the long term trend is down.
