ECG app missing after new phone Apple 14. How to get it back?

The ECG app is only available in countries where it has been approved by the relevant government regulator. Check the Country setting for the watch, and refer to watchOS - Feature Availability - Apple for the current list of approvals.

Take an ECG with the ECG app on Apple Watch - Apple Support

Open the App Store app on your Apple Watch and look for it if it is not on your Apple Watch.

Or open the Apple Watch App on your iPhone and scan down to see if ECG is shown as Not Installed and if it isn't , tap download.

I have checked the United States is on the list for this app, and it is also sent as my country in settings. What do I do now?
