The Apple Music App and Apple Music web player are horrible

1. I use the old iTunes app as that is the only app available for my PC. It is horrible. After each radio program is complete it basically freezes and I have to restart the app every single time. it happens periodically with playlists as well. is there an updated app for a PC that is in way better condition?
2. I like the interface of the web-based player. I can use it on my Chrome browser. The problem is that I like to play the radio stations and I will play older programs that are available. For instance, I like to listen to Nina Sky's older programs in class. Unfortunately I cannot play the older programs. It is a drag.

So the app is very outdated and the web based does not play all of the features. Any help here?
