Hey alizda174,

Unfortunately AirPods 3rd Generation do not support using eartips. That is solely reserved for the AirPods Pro line. AirPods Pro (2nd generation) come with four sizes of ear tips. The medium size comes already attached. Extra small, small, and large sizes are in the box that your AirPods Pro came in. AirPods Pro (1st generation) come with three sizes of ear tips. Choose your AirPods Pro ear tips and use the Ear Tip Fit Test - Apple Support (IE)

Sorry bro! :(

Yeah unfortunately the 3rd Generation are just a solid plastic design that is supposed to be "One size fits all," but not everyone can use them. However, 2nd Generation AirPods are still on sale, and AirPods Pro 2nd Generation are on sale. I know personally the 2nd Generation fit nicer in my ears, but the AirPods Pro have the silicon tips. You could always inquire at your closest Apple Store to see if you can trade them in?

Hope this helps! :D Sorry man!
