Game pigeon not downloading

I did a data transfer from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone 11, all of my apps were back excluding game pigeon, so I go on the App Store and try to redownload it but it won’t download. I have tried logging out of my account and logging back in, restarting my phone, clearing personal recommendation info but it still won’t download. Please help, it’s been over 2 weeks now

So I go to the App Store and it's still showing the cloud symbol indicating that I have to download and when I click on it, nothing happens! It's been 3 days!
