Is there option for heart rate based HIIT workout at Apple watch? I´d like to make HIIT workout when my heart rate hits target rate it´s followed 30-60s rest. Is this able to do with Apple watch?

We’d be happy to help you find an answer. If you’re not seeing the workout option you’re looking for, check out the following steps to create a custom workout:
Customize a workout
You can add structured intervals to most workouts.
1. On your Apple Watch, open the Workout app.
2. Tap the More buttonnext to the workout that you want to do.
3. Scroll down and tap Create Workout, then tap Custom.
4. Tap Warmup to set a Goal Type or Skip.
5. Tap Add, then tap Work or Recovery and select a Goal Type.
6. Tap Cooldown to set a Goal Type or Skip.
7. Enter the Custom Title of your workout.
8. Tap Create Workout.
Your custom workout appears as an available goal option for the selected workout.
