My iphone is locked Activation Lock
Is it possible to unlock it?
I am the 2nd owner of the phone.
I could not find the previous owner's information
I request the apple team to please remove the activation lock pls

This is a public user to user forum, not a way to contact Apple. However, Apple will not remove activation lock, except for the original owner, as it is a theft deterrent feature. If you can’t contact the owner you have been scammed, and probably have a stolen phone. See→The All Too Common SAD Reality of Buying a Used iPad/iPhone
It is impossible to unlock the phone unless the original owner provides his/her Apple ID and Password.
