Outlook: "No Network Connection - Please check your network settings and try again. [2604]" error help

I just bought the new M2 Macbook Air. I've set up all the applications from my previous device, which includes Microsoft Outlook. It worked perfectly for a couple days.

I was on outlook answering work emails late last night, but this morning im getting the "2604" network error.

I'm connected to my home network and the internet, all other devices are on the internet, Outlook works on other devices, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times and im getting the same error, and I cant find a reliable or consistent troubleshoot on google.

Anyone else seen this?

It seems to me that if your Mac obviously has a network connection, you effectively isolated the problem to the Microsoft Outlook product. Contact them for support: Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support
