So my sister messed with my phone & now I have been locked out of my iphone on the Home screen it is asking for a 6 digit number password. I've tried many passwords throughout the whole day yesterday & now it just got out of it's 8 hour lockout phase (after you try too many times) Is there a way to get back into the phone without losing any of its memory/storage/photos?

Unfortunately if you have a forgotten/unknown device passcode, or have a disabled device (device unavailable or lockout screen), you have no option but to erase the device. However, you can eventually restore the data and settings from a backup you made before the device was disabled, or if you were using iCloud to store that data. If you end up having to use a computer and you do not have one, borrow one from a friend, or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also use a PC with iTunes. You will likely also need your Apple ID and password. Reset will erase. No backups means no data recovery path.
Six-digit number password is likely either marked as lost, which means your Apple ID password is compromised, or means your device passcode has been changed and you have no options but asking the perpetrator, or resetting and (if available) restoring.
