ipad restore error 4013 via itunes

My Ipad became black, following instructions i connected to itunes on a laptop with windows 10 and tried update.

it crashed with error 4013 and i tried restore. After 5 hours of processing I was asked to let the file to be processed and 
ait crashed again with error 4013'
