You could set up a calendar event with an alert, though that is going to be pretty quiet.
You could also look at an app such as Calarm which will set off alarms based on calendar events. They're real, very annoying alarms.
Or, you could see about setting up a shortcut to do what you want. You can either write your own or do an internet search and see if anyone else has written such a thing.

I have a TERRIBLE MEMORY PROBLEM IdrisS., & I have alarms that Wake me up at 04:00 everyday
One at 12:00pm (to take my Pill 💊)
another at 2:00 pm
another at 4:30 pm
& finally at 9:30 pm
so I guess U could say that alarms really don’t bother me.
Thanks Again,
You might also want to look at another app, Yoctoville's Alarmed ~ Reminders + Timers. It has a lot of features for recurring alarms and timers. It's old but, as far as I know still works just fine. There are lots of features and a bit of a learning curve but you might find it helpful.

I use the Reminders app. I create a monthly reminder, and enable an audible notification for it. I have quite a few, from cleaning heat pump filters to replacing toothbrushes.

I've gotten too good at only barely registering Reminder notifications.
I find almost all alarms annoying so, you may find them less so. However, they are going to be better than the Calendar notifications.
Best of luck!

Thank U very Much IdrisS,
I’ll ✔️ out “Calarm” & see just how annoying those alarms sound.
