What’s the green light on the back of my Apple Watch
I’ve been on a walk paused halfway and noticed I have a bright green light at the back of my watch. What is this and how do I get rid of it please

The green light is the watches heart rate sensor: Monitor your heart rate with Apple Watch - Apple Support
You can't get rid of it, any watch that has a heart rate sensor uses a green light to measure the heart rate.
