How to update my iPhone 6 ios 12.5.7 to ios 14.0

An iPhone 6 plus can't be updated beyond 12.5.7, it doesn't have the hardware needed to run anything higher.

If you need a higher iOS version, you will have to purchase a newer phone.

To update to 12.5.7 -

You don't. For the iPhone 6, IOS 12 is the end of the line. If your iPhone is running the latest release of iOS 12 – iOS 12.5.7 – you're already running the highest version of iOS available for it at this time.

Unfortunately, that model is not compatible with iOS 13 or higher.

It can be updated to iOS 12.5.7, no further.

iOS 12.5.7 is the latest release of iOS 12.

iOS 12 is the end of the line for the iPhone 6 Plus, so if you have an iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 12.5.7, there aren't any more iOS updates available for it at this time.

The iPhone 6 doesn't run iOS 13, either. It can only go as far as the latest version of iOS 12 – no higher.

If you have an iPhone 6 Plus, it cannot run iOS 15. For the iPhone 6 Plus, the latest version of iOS 12 is the end of the line.
