Why is settings always on on screen time?

Using the iPhone XR on latest iOS available, I’m still facing the issue - Settings is being consuming more screen time than any other app.

Any solution to avoid this?

PS: Resetting Screentime, Resetting Device did not work out.

Screen time turning off Why is the screentime turning off randomly? Screen time not working Me and my daughter both have iphone with updated software version. Screen time is not working at all i try downtime , add limits … do whatever it takes but its not working .:. Can anyone help
