Apple Precipitation Map Feature Broken

This is neither a new issue, nor is it on my end. My internet connection is fine, iPhone is performing fine, everything on my end is fine. This is a broken feature that Apple has not fixed in years. Please get to work on fixing your weather app, Apple!
