allow categorizing and storage in folders, but has anyone constructed a list such as a table of contents even using a shortcut to view a table of contents that may enable search within the description? 

The titles are so cryptic in naming that the content and purpose of the

shortcut is not fully described.  It would be useful to enable comments describing using the shortcut to be

searched.  Such as constructing comments for a search that would briefly describe the practical use of the

shortcut.  When you have dozens or even hundreds you lose track of how to find a shortcut in the daily routine to save time in using the iPhone for multi-purposes.
