Scratched iPhone 14 glass too fast!!!! I have been using iPhones since many years, I still have iPhone 5, not very advanced or useful but still works, then iPhone 10 with those nice soft edges, I miss it but thought it’s time for the upgrade , then came iPhone 12, very good, none of them had a scratch on the glass !!! Getting Scratches in my new iphone Hey, i purchase a new iPhone last year in June and i got scratches in my iPhone all around the corner and it is not even dropped once and corners did not come in contact with anything. It happening spontaneously. And i am not convinced with the answer given by customer care executive that its a cosmetic issue and it cannot be rectified. Apple products are purchased due to their quality products and services but this is something that i am not satisfied with. Can anybody tell me how to get this issue rectified?

If it's the screen and it's scratched badly enough to interfere with use, you can have the screen replaced.

Options include paint, stickers, iPhone skins, protective cases, or ignore it.
