How can I enable Face ID on my iPhone?

Apple has several documents helping you with Face ID.

If the first 8 don't solve the issue then use #9, contact Apple.

By default, Face ID doesn't work if something is covering your mouth and nose. If you wear a face mask and have already set up Face ID with a mask*, make sure your eyes aren't blocked. You may need to hold your iPhone higher when wearing a face mask.
