Hi Jedo2023,

For help with turning of the Find My feature to restore your iPhone, you can erase or remove the device from the list using the steps in the article here: Remove a device from Find Devices on iCloud.com

You will need your Apple ID password to turn the feature off. Additionally, the steps for turning this off directly from your device can be found below and in the article here: Turn off Find My on your iPhone or other devices - Apple Support

"How to turn off Find My on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap [your name] > Find My.
  3. Tap Find My [Device], then tap to turn it off.
  4. Enter your Apple ID password.
  5. Tap Turn Off."

Once off, you can use the steps in the article you started from to restore: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

If you still aren't able to turn the feature off enter recovery mode and restore with the steps here: If you can't update or restore your iPhone or iPod touch

Cheers.
