I cant watch my bought and downloaded Apple Movies without Wifi. Phoning since days with Apple Support and waiting for solution.

Offline playback is supposed to be available on the authorized/associated device on which the content was originally downloaded.
Use with AirPlay is supposed to require online authorization.
Transferring these files to other devices would not be supported for offline playback.
If you are already in contact with Apple Support, then please continue that path.
