heic messages
My iphone 11 will not download heic messages. I have changed the setting to "Most Compatible" but still no luck.
Which iOS version? iOS 16.4.1 is current. If not here, update.
HEIC is an image format.
A message can contain a HEIC image.
The iPhone camera app can also export HEIC, or export JPEG or such when set for compatibility.
Where are you downloading the HEIC from?
And with which of the various messaging apps? (Check for app updates, too.)
