Disabled

My iPhone won’t let me download anything or make payments it says it’s disabled but when I check it’s not disabled what do I do

iPhone 11, iOS 16

If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.  There is nothing you can do to clear this, other than to contact and discuss this with Apple.
