I'm trying to figure out what to do. I'm guessing my email is on the dark web because I'm getting 100's of obscene email. It is an icloud email address. What can I do to stop this nonsense?

No, it doesn't mean your email is on the dark web, the regular internet is quite bad enough.

Spam is the scourge of our time. You can't actually stop it, just filter it away if you're lucky. You can create a new email address and the problem will go away for a while. But, it will always come back.
There's a paid Mac application called SpamSieve that is very good and which you may find does a better job.
I have done all the suggested items in the Apple Support article to stop junk email. I was hoping to find other alternative things I can do. I have even used the block send option on my Iphone and it does not work.
