why cant i use my wallet ?

Hello ~ What happens when you try to use your wallet? Message? We are fellow forum members like yourself and cannot fix your wallet but can point you in the right direction if we have enough information. Can you not use it at all or not add a payment method? Post back.

I have had all differing issues with my iPhone 11 I can link a debit card but it won’t show a balance. Today I decided to contact Apple by phone and was screen sharing when we got to the part where you add cards and did so and went to Apple Cash card install I have the black screen unable to add the cash card she just previously had me slide to off to remove to reset the process I just described. She recommended that I update my phone which is 16.4.1 as of now and I’m getting a https:// Apple support in blue at the bottom after a few minutes of trying to update and it’s paused. This is what lead me here thank you for any advice I my gain from this forum.
