How can I request an album be added

I would like to request an album to be added to iTunes, how can I do this? The artist is already on the platform but the album isn’t there.

Warren Zevon’s album “The Envoy” was removed but is still available on other streaming services. Same with Donovan’s “Mellow Yellow” album. Is it possible for these 2 albums to be added back?
