Media Remote UI notifications blank and duplicate

Hi! My iPhone 13 running iOS 16.2 keeps showing “Media Remote UI” notifications on my Lock Screen when I am playing any media, music, podcasts, etc. there have been two of these notifications, only one of which works. (It is the bottom one that works, which is super annoying. The top notification seems frozen.)

when I got clear all, it clears and comes back within a few seconds.

anyone still having this problem?
