How can I access my files and stop this message

Either you have logged out from iCloud Drive on your device or yet to Set up iCloud Drive on your iPhone.
If you had those files on other Cloud Drives (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive, DropBox, Flickr, box, AmazonDrive, Adobe Creative Cloud etc) Then please download the app and log into them before you can access those files on Files App.
Hi. I have logged into iCloud and still can not access the files
My blue files app is not allowing me access to information files in there it is showing user default access I had the icon to transport it so I did to my email and there is nothing showing in there
