Mac ventura camera and microphone still not working

My mac ventura camera and microphone is not working. I have tried all the suggestions like creating a new user account, updating to the current update, reseting the PRAM and SMC. Is there any other suggestions because both my microphone and camera are inaccessible and there is no way to allow their access. What is funny is that the microphone is accessible only with the safari browser but when using photbooth or any other sound recorder, it's not working.
