iPhone 7 - problem with restore

Hello,

I have iPhone 7 and I restored to factory settings. After turn on iPhone, there was a few steps and this is my problem in last step. That's the end of it for me and I can't get my iPhone to work.

Do you know how to do?

Is this your corporate iPhone? Then please contact the system administrator of your corporate
If it is your personal device, in that case, do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management?

2. Or please contact the system administrator of the organisation who provided the profile to you
