AE Server wants to control apps in my Mac

I don't recognize an AE Server that wants permission to control applications on my Mac

MacBook Pro 15″, OS X 10.10

Apple Events Server is part of the operating system. The daemon/software for it is always running:

What you're seeing is how the OS works and perfectly normal. It's not suspicious in any way and nothing for you to worry about.
