AE Server wants to control apps in my Mac

I don't recognize an AE Server that wants permission to control applications on my Mac

After updating my iMac to macOS - Sonoma 14.0 Every time I boot up and sign in I get two prompts to answer: Netserver would like to access data from other apps (allow) (Not allow) USBserver would like to access data from other apps (allow) (Not allow) How to I turn this feature off from piping up every time I sign in? It will prompt if either I Allow or Not Allow!

Do I need extra security for mac mini m2? I currently have Windows Defender as my only security on my desktop(tech recommended). Will I need added security for mac mini m2?

Apple Events Server is part of the operating system. The daemon/software for it is always running:

What you're seeing is how the OS works and perfectly normal. It's not suspicious in any way and nothing for you to worry about.
