Music notifications settings
In Settings > Notifications, there is no listing for Music with all the other apps. Shouldn't Music be in there? Restarted phone to no effect.

To your knowledge are Content & Privacy Restrictions enabled? If so, this could be the reason you're unable to locate Music in the Notifications settings. If needed, this article will walk you through how to check for restrictions: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
