ios 16.4.1 update
Since the recent update, I'm unable to access the Apple ID, iCloud+, Media & Purchases on my iphone.

Do you have a MDM profile?
If so, contact your company - IT department.

- Check restrictions -> tap Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy -> scroll to Allow Changes.
